Vanilla made up the steps, clearly tired and frazzled. She manages to eek out a smile towards Agnes, whom find it amusing. They then have a little tea time together.

i have no idea how Vanilla made up those stairs, nor do i have any idea how she carries a bag or the likes.

in Agnes' own words: "We are basically sisters. Although we come from different background, yet I feel an inseparable bond between us, more so than a member of my own."

Vanilla often teases her by claiming they are a couple, much to Agnes' objection. With how close they are, you are not wrong to think so as well.
