Cinnamon wears a mismagius costume, Pepper wearing a crobat costume, and Chihiro wears Lily White's costume. Chihiro then unleashes a bullet curtain pattern upon Cinnamon and Pepper. The bottom-right is Chihiro wearing Yuyuko's outfit as a alternative, releasing a butterfly bullet.

i enjoy putting pokemon in costumes. What better time to put them in costumes than Halloween?

yea, this entire doodle is just a touhou reference. i like touhou. Don't follow it these days, but it is enjoyable to see the character design.

Chihiro is basically the designated Touhou reference. You might have noticed in her moveset and past drawing, but this doodle makes it more explicit.

to be honest, i am not sure if Touhou exist in-universe. i like to think it does, just in a different form.
