to me, snivy always has a snobbish vibe, especially when their early official art has a smug look. the ask request also has a arrogant vibe (though that may be part of the online persona), which fuels the idea of this doodle: a dismissive snivy.

for me, this is a really difficult mon to doodle mainly due to the head shape. It was really hard to imagine the front-facing view of snivy and i don't really have any reference for it. i imagine it will look really goofy like Phineas from Phineas and Ferb. Thus, i went for a more static pose for snivy.

something i struggle with as well is the curving body. i wanted the head looking away but have the body face straight, so a lot of tweaks was done on the 'neck' area. i think the tail area kinda curved weirdly and could be better.
